Client Experience Coordinator

Elke Schmidt

Elke is drawn to Harrison Healthcare for our commitment to service excellence. With a background working in prestigious luxury hotels, she knew the extra care and attention she loves to give would be well received. She is highly motivated by the vision set out by founder Don Copeman and believes she can bring it to life every day through moments of compassion and a drive to think and act innovatively.

Elke has worked internationally at The Leading Hotels of the World in Munich, London, and Vancouver. Delivering outstanding client experiences and looking for unique ways to smile and delight those clients gets her out of bed each morning. She loves to be the first person people see when they walk in the door, and adds with a grin, “Requests will be dealt with immediately, for miracles give me a minute.” Being one step ahead of clients and anticipating what they need matches Harrisons goals to be proactive in our health care plans just as the day-to-day experience.

Elke loves the outdoors and after giving up SCUBA diving (because of the cold water in Vancouver) has taken up mountain biking instead.
