Care Coordinator

Val Sanchez

Val believes every client’s health journey is unique and deserves personalized attention. Passionate about preventive healthcare, she finds the most meaningful part of her work in the connections she builds with clients, striving to make a positive impact on their lives. Val’s approach focuses on building trust, fostering a welcoming and calm atmosphere, and ensuring clients feel heard, seen, and supported throughout their wellness journey.

Val graduated from the Medical Office Assistant Program at Douglas College in 2021, where she developed a strong foundation in healthcare administration and client care coordination. She later became the lead Medical Office Assistant at a private health and wellness facility, where she was recognized for cultivating trusting relationships and ensuring seamless communication within the healthcare team. Prior to entering healthcare, Val gained valuable experience in fast-paced retail and service environments, where she honed her ability to maintain a positive atmosphere, train team members, and consistently meet operational standards and daily targets.

Outside of work, Val loves to dance, travel, and spend quality time with loved ones, bringing the same warmth and energy to her personal life that she shares with clients every day.
